We offer mainly indoor storage; it is far better quality than outdoor. Indoor storage does not suffer from condensation, in the building there is no water source to cause condensation. Indoor storage does not suffer from the very high temperatures that can be found in outdoor boxes. We offer month to month contracts, also six- and twelve-month contracts. Long term clients receive rental discounts.

We also offer a few outdoor boxes at a lower rent, as seen in the video. These are whole 20-foot boxes only. They are fully watertight and in good condition. These boxes will heat in the summer months and may not be best for Aunt Harriet’s French dresser. To condensation, we have never experienced the problem as the boxes are waterproof, dry inside, and our clients do not put wet goods inside.

To all our boxes, we provide the keys and padlocks. We do not ask for a deposit; we do not require notice before departure.

Beyond storage, we have a limited number of small workspaces equipped with power, water, and WC facilities. Very suitable space for tradesmen / enthusiasts who need somewhere to do their thing. Associated to this we also have several larger commercial units on site from 100 to 300 meters square. Tenants change from time to time; we intend to build another four commercial units in 2025 of around 150 Square meters each. No harm in giving me a ring to see what may be available.
